Track Your Order

TRACK YOUR ORDER

After your order has been dispatched, Orgen Site will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking number and tracking information.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

You may track your shipment by:

* Opening the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email;
* Entering the tracking number on the carrier’s official website; or
* Entering the tracking number at www.17track.net.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier. If no result appears immediately, please check again later.

ORDERS SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

An order containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

When this happens:

* You may receive more than one tracking number;
* Packages may be delivered by different carriers; and
* Packages may arrive on different dates.

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION

If you have not received tracking information after the expected processing period:

* Check your email inbox and spam or junk folder;
* Confirm that the email address used for your order is correct; and
* Contact service@infinfx.com with your order number.

IF TRACKING SHOWS “DELIVERED”

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

* Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct;
* Check around the delivery location, mailbox, entrance, or other secure areas;
* Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
* Contact the carrier using the tracking number; and
* Contact service@infinfx.com if further assistance is required.
