Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. We therefore cannot guarantee that a customized or personalized order can be changed or cancelled after production has begun.

Customized or personalized products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns where stated in our Returns and Refund Policy and permitted by applicable law.

This does not limit remedies for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the confirmed order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in US dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other amounts payable will be displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

* Delivery restrictions;
* Duplicate or unusually large orders; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We will try to accommodate the request if the order has not entered processing, customization, production, packing, or shipment. However, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. The customer may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Please verify the product, option, customization details, quantity, email address, telephone number, and delivery address before submitting an order.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orgen Site ships only to destinations available during checkout.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Available destinations, shipping methods, estimated transit times, tracking procedures, customs information, and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Information.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guarantees.

Delays may occur because of:

* Product preparation or customization;
* Customs clearance;
* An incorrect or incomplete address;
* Severe weather;
* Public holidays;
* Carrier disruptions;
* Remote delivery locations;
* Security or payment verification; or
* Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Return eligibility, return procedures, refund processing, return shipping costs, and non-returnable items are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

For an eligible change-of-mind return or an incorrect customer selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After verifying an eligible claim, Orgen Site may provide an appropriate solution, such as:

For a verified problem caused by us, a supplier, or the delivery process, Orgen Site will bear the applicable replacement or reasonable return shipping costs.

Do not return an item before receiving authorization and return instructions.
